The Role: Reporting to the Head of Housing, you'll work closely with Unit Managers to: Lead the development and review of housing policies and strategies. Respond to legislative changes and government consultations, engaging stakeholders and customers. Design innovative performance measures and dashboards to enhance service delivery. Coordinate risk management and oversee data reporting for national and corporate returns.
