Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to electronics and technology innovations.

* Assisting with oppositions and appeals, both in the UK and internationally.
* Building relationships with clients and providing expert legal advice on patent-related matters.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A part-qualified Patent Attorney with experience in electronics or a related technical field.
* Strong academic background, ideally with a degree in electronics, engineering, or a closely related subject.
* Experience in AI would be beneficial.
* Proven experience in drafting and prosecuting patents, with a solid understanding of patent law and regulations.
* Strong communication and client-facing skills.
