The position requires knowledge of the Training and Finance Management Information System (TAFMIS) where the main responsibility is to maintain and update the database of students trained by MKC Training. The Training Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to training courses within the Engineering Division.

Training Administrator duties involve the following:
– Compiling, maintaining, and distributing all training course documentation in accordance with contractual and Divisional requirements.
– Inputting, updating, and maintaining TAFMIS Course Administration database records.
– Designing, developing, and delivering Business Objects Web Intelligence reporting solutions to support the MKC Training contract.
– Receiving data and report requests, evaluating requirements, building reports, checking data, and deploying reports including ad-hoc reports to agreed deadlines.
– Producing monthly and ad-hoc training reports.
– Actioning incoming queries (post/email).
