Aufgaben
1. Help the Survey Manager in keeping the TBM on track.
2. Review contractual agreements and develop working methods and measure programs with the Survey Manager, identifying any inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
3. Assessing actual targets achieved and review weekly, taking action where appropriate, and reporting any changes to the Survey Manager
4. Requisitioning resources in a timely manner to ensure that they are correctly specified and readily available so as not to impede the survey operations.
5. Communicate to the QA and QS teams’ non-conformances and any instructions received from the client / designer.
6. Ensure that comprehensive records of resources employed on additional works are maintained.
7. Keep a full and accurate daily site diary, including subcontractors’ attendance, and records of work-related discussions with client / designer / project team.
8. Ensure that risk assessments and method statements for the control of the works are adhered to.
9. Manage, supervise, train and mentor the site team to enable them to optimise their work contribution.
Qualifikationen
10. Degree in Survey or Survey-related occupation.
11. Experience in Underground work.
12. Min of 5 years’ experience in underground work in a self- organized occupation.
13. Driving License.
14. Former experience in team leading of Survey crews.
15. Experience in use of Network Grids – GPS/Traversing/Levelling.
16. Experience in Monitoring.
17. Experience in Setting Out.
18. Experience with 3D Laser Scanning.
19. Proficient in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
