Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Manager role located in Selfridges, Trafford Centre. The Business Manager will lead a team of Brand Consultants to ensure a consistent, high-end experience representative of the Refy brand. Strong candidates will have a passion for luxury beauty, attention to detail and a flair for building effective teams.

Key Responsibilities
People
* Hire and manage an effective counter team
* Enforce brand guidelines on grooming, punctuality and customer service
* Conduct effective performance reviews and coach a team for success
* Onboarding, induction and offboarding process of brand consultants in store
* Ensure team rotas align with the needs of the business, particularly at peak and seasonal trade times
Sales
* Accountable for achieving sales goals
* Record accurate sales information on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
* Responsible for monitoring and achieving counter and team KPIs
* Build strong brand and retailer partnerships
* Plan and execute impactful store events that meet brand standards
* Ensure counter is merchandised to Refy guidelines at all times.
* Responsible for maintaining an accurate stock file and inventory levels.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 1 + years experience in a management role in the retail industry
* Demonstrated ability to coach and lead a team to achieve sales targets
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Passion for beauty and fashion, with knowledge of industry trends and products
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Flexible schedule and available to work weekends
* Ability to interact with all levels of management, work collaboratively and build positive, effective business partnerships
