Project Engineer (MEICA/M&E/Electrical)
Location: Various sites across the Thames Valley, including Oxford and Luton
Type: Permanent, approximately 45 hours per week
Reporting to: Senior Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Thames supply chain and lead multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Review and manage design outputs to ensure alignment with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
* Identify and address project risks, maintaining safety, health, and environmental standards on-site
* Prepare project progress reports and maintain detailed project records, supporting close-out documentation
* Track project budgets and expenditures, providing cost analyses for effective resource utilization
Essential Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in the water industry
* A full UK driver's license
* Mechanical or Electrical qualifications (BTEC/HNC/ONC/BEng)
* CSCS, SSSTS, and Confined Spaces certifications
* Experience in reviewing RAMS with a good understanding of risk assessment
Bonus Criteria:
* Thames Water passport
* Previous experience delivering Thames Water projects
* EUSR - Water Hygiene Card
* DSEAR Knowledge/COMPEX Qualifications
* Ideal Experience: M&E wastewater non-infrastructure
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
