One of our public sector clients is looking for an experienced IT 1st line support professional to join their team as an IT Service Desk Engineer.
You will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience working in a customer-facing role such as a Service Desk.
* Experience providing 1st line IT support.
* Experience with Service Desk software such as Heat/Service Now/FreshService.
* Experience supporting MS Windows (10 & 11), MS Office 365, and Teams.
* Possess a pleasant manner with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
* Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary. Hybrid working (2 days per week onsite) from the client's office based in Weston-super-Mare.
