Job Description Graduate Development Manager – Leeds – £25,000 to £35,000 plus comms If you have a RICS accredited degree and interested in a career path into Property Development and Acquisition then this is an opportunity not to be missed This property investment firm in Leeds have experienced superb organic growth over the last four years and are now in a position to add someone to the Property Acquisition department. You will play a key role in the new business and acquisitions team and a significant part of the role (first 12 months) will involve analysing data using advanced PropTech tools to identify and evaluate potential development opportunities. You will be responsible for leveraging this technology to research contacts, prospects, and find viable developments for acquisition. There are a number of routes this role can take, two examples are; being supported by the firm to become a Chartered Surveyor or be the face of the business by networking and forging relationships with people and firms within the wider property sector. You will also contribute to the development of strategies aimed at leveraging new land opportunities, working closely with the Business Development Manager and The Directors. The role includes attending key meetings with prospects and supporting the team at networking events. Your input will help shape the direction of new business growth and contribute to the long-term success of the company.
