Key Account Manager
OA are currently working with a growing organisation who are looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager to support in providing efficient responses to quotes and queries, identifying new opportunities as well as building strong relationships with customers.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hour week)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

Key Account Manager – Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide fast responses to quote requests, queries and questions from customers.
2. Speak via telephone with existing and lapsed clients to explore further opportunities.
3. Build effective relationships with customers to gain further insight.
4. Communicate frequently with customers via email and telephone.
5. Follow up quotes and support with any further questions.
Key Account Manager – Key Skills and Experience:
1. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
2. Motivated and hungry to succeed.
3. Confident in speaking via telephone and demonstrate strong relationship building skills.
4. Account Management experience required.
5. Sales experience required.
