Customer Technologist

40 hours per week 08:00 to 17:00
As the primary technical intermediary for our major customers, the Customer Technologist will work with the Technical and Commercial teams to deliver great customer service, by liaising with key customers, carefully handling any food safety, legality or quality issue management they may have.

What will I be doing?
* Generation, implementation and maintenance of the Customer Quality Management manuals.
* Communication of food technical scenarios and situations to our customers and colleagues.
* Ethical trading due diligence.
* Supporting wider business with product technical expertise.
* Monthly KPI reporting on customer technical performance.
* Key customer portal management.
* Customer Complaint management.
* New supplier and product approvals.
* High performance in customer audits.
* Timely investigations, resolution and preventative actions.
* Participation and leadership when needed in team / customer meetings.
