Compensation: $20/hr
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Collecting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and packages
* Operating mail meter and inserting/scanning equipment
* Reconciling correspondence and generating reports
* Assisting with research and delegated tasks from management
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with document attachments in Outlook
* Data entry experience (35-50 wpm) with accuracy, using specified programs
* 1-2 years of office experience with customer interaction
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maintain professional communication skills in fast-paced environments
