The role We are looking for 2Learning & Culture Administrators to join our People & Culture team here at Southern Housing Please note, we are hiring for 1 Permanent and 1 Fixed Term role for a period of 6 months. Reporting to the Learning & Culture Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring strong foundations are in place for the work of a busy team by providing exceptional administrative support. You'll work closely with the L&C Coordinator and the wider L&C team to deliver an efficient and effective end to end administration service. The L&C Administrator supports the L&C team to deliver a great learning and culture experience to all its customers across Southern Housing. You'll be based at one of our main office in Sittingbourne, working a minimum of 2 days a week in the office, to be agreed with your line manager. Key responsibilities will include: Providing a comprehensive end to end administration service for all Learning & Culture activity Being a Learning & Culture Ambassador by providing a proactive first point of contact for all customers Supporting engagement with learning through innovative and engaging promotional activity across Southern Housing Supporting effective use of learning resources, always ensuring value for money and maximisation of resources Engaging with providers to ensure all bookings are in place, learning activity runs smoothly and attendance is maximised What You'll Need : Strong computer skills (Microsoft suite) Experience working with a learning management system is desirable A logical approach to tasks Great communication skills across a variety of media that engage the audience Creativity and innovation Great organisation skills Please include specific real-life examples demonstrating how you meet the criteria in your supporting statement.
