The post holder will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's products, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer and employee engagement. Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives. Plan and execute initiatives to promote employer branding Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements. Lead internal communications to include monthly calendar and employee newsletter Implement brand strategy and guidelines to ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints. Assist the development of engaging content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. Company website maintenance and administration to ensure updated content Oversee the execution of merchandise plans Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging. Optimise digital campaigns Create graphic and video content Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends. Monitor competitor activities and industry developments. Organise promotional events including employee events, product launches, and trade shows. Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders. Track and report on key performance metrics for marketing initiatives. Familiarity with video editing tools and motion graphics for creating dynamic content. Expertise in creating graphics for websites, social media, and digital advertising campaigns. Ability to design brochures, trade show materials, banners, and other print assets.
