I am currently hiring for a Recruitment Assistant for a Law firm based in Birmingham. This is a permanent role paying up to £27,000 and offers hybrid working.
Duties will include:
* Diary management and organising meetings
* Drafting job descriptions
* Drafting offer emails
* Uploading job requisitions onto the recruitment portal
* Scheduling interviews
* Carrying out right to work checks
* Maintaining recruitment ‘trackers’ and reports
* Screening applicant CVs
* Assisting with the onboarding administration
* Filing new joiner paperwork
To carry out this role you will have:
* Recent experience in HR or Recruitment
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
