We seek a Group HR Coordinator to join our central team, with potential to develop into a HR Officer role within 6-9 months. Thesleff Group operates multiple restaurants and bars in London.
The Role
We require a motivated individual with organisational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing HR administrative tasks, employee relations, and office functions.

Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the HR department.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Be a primary point of contact for employee queries.
* Assist with scheduling meetings and company events.
* Support HR initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
* Run quarterly audits and conduct Right to Work checks.
Skill and Experience Requirements
* Hospitality background preferred.
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Calm and organised manner to meet deadlines.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
* Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
