Our Admin Assistant will provide essential support across the business, and the ideal candidate will be able to draw on past experiences to improve processes. They will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritise daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure success in this multi-faceted role, where no two days will be the same.
Responsibilities
* File organisation
* Database management
* Invoice consolidation
* Ensuring compliance internally and for clients
* Recording and distributing meeting minutes
* Organise travel arrangements
* Onboarding new employees
* Documenting processes
* Maintaining social media accounts
* Provide ad hoc support as needed
You:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Ultra organised and able to multitask
* Self-starter
* Energetic and enthusiastic
* Excellent attention to detail
