We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Finance Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As an Assistant Finance Manager, you will need to organize and provide administration and correct retention / filling of all required documentation, process and procedures.
\n
Processing and verification of weekly payroll, UDT trackers and weekly bookwork for all units. Support the unit managers with general administration tasks. Support monthly financial reconciliation, ensuring accuracy of accounts is delivered.

Your key responsibilities will include:
● Process all weekly information into the nexus system, ensuring accuracy checks are made and sense checks for any missing items are completed, ensuring paperwork and administration is compliant and correctly maintained
● Finalise weekly bookwork ensuring all books are correctly closed and e files are correctly sent
● Compile UDT trackers for each week, ensuring unit managers and senior team are sent regular updates.
● Submit UDT trackers to Contracts Director ensuring the agreed deadline is met.
