Salary £19-24K depending on experience Key responsibilities for the Office Administrator include, Matching delivery notes and finalising against Purchase Order Finalising supplier delivery notes against supplier Invoice system Entering customers orders onto excel spreadsheets for placing Applying for DEFRA certificates Applying for Shipping Documentation Entering Invoices on Invoice Register General administrative tasks such as dealing with phone calls, photocopying and filing The ideal Office Administrator will need, Some previous office experience Accurate data entry skills Good Word, Excel and Outlook skills Good attention to detail is essential Have the ability to multi-task with ease This Office Administrator role would suit a capable, well-organised team player who is keen to learn Hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday ADZN1_UKTJ
