Job Description
My client is a rapidly growing manufacturer of equipment that is sold into the NHS. The equipment provides real time data into patient records and drug requirements and drives real savings in time, accuracy and creates efficiency.
Due to growth they are now looking for a BDM / Account Manager with at least 4 years SALES experience to drive sales in the Southern area. (Other roles available across England)
The product sales process consists of:-
Appointment booking with NHS staff such as ward, project, purchasing and IT staff
Extensive product demonstration both at hospital level and virtual.
Building releationships at NHS levels
Using a CRM system to manage contacts manage the territory
Creating stella quotes and proposals that convert.
Winning orders, typical value from £5k to £100k
Helping to position equipment at ward level.
This is not an operating theatre based role but it is a job that requires the whole hospital to be managed from a sales point of view.
The ideal candiate
* Min 4 years max 10 years BDM / Sales experience
* Has undertaken sales into the NHS before and understands the broad structure
* Well organised and very ambitious to succeed.
* Great product demonstration skills including physical and virtual situations
* Great at building customer relationships.
* Hungry to succeed
Remuneration
OTE £90000 (split into a base and bonus typically £55k base £35k bonus based on history of success)
Company vehicle to do the job.
