Receptionist
Nouvo Recruitment are working with our fantastic client based in the outskirts of London to bring on a full-time receptionist to join their amazing team.
The duties of this role will include:
1. Open and sort all incoming mail and scan/distribute as appropriate.
2. Frank all outgoing mail at the end of the day and arrange any courier services and Special/Recorded Deliveries.
3. Prepare meeting rooms and provide refreshments for all meetings.
4. Book meeting rooms and manage reception/internal meetings calendars.
5. Provide overflow business support to departments when needed.
6. Cover reception desk and meet and greet clients/visitors when the need arises.
7. Provide overflow support to main switchboard operators - answer/forward/direct calls across the firm.
8. Open the office in the morning when required and set up client areas for the day.
9. First aider & fire marshal responsibilities.
10. Monitor EFax inbox - send outgoing and distribute incoming faxes.
11. Monitor/order stationery supplies for all sites.
12. Oversee attendance of all maintenance contractors and service engineers to the building.
13. Responsibility for all general office utilities to include: monitoring mail supplies and crediting the franking machine;
