Marketing and Communications Executive

We are looking for an experienced executive, to shape and deliver excellent marketing and communications strategy and activity to drive further commercial growth, whilst creating and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.

Reporting to the company directors and team managers, and working alongside a committed team of talent agents and business support team.
Key responsibilities
* Commercial lead generation using a variety of methods.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Produce high-quality content including press releases, case studies, social media posts, and presentations.
* Management of social media channels including managing and using a large selection of fashion and advertising assets
* Secure media coverage in relevant publications and platforms, positioning the company as a thought leader.
* Identify and manage opportunities for the company to participate in relevant industry events (some UK and international travel may be required)
* Monitoring and reporting on our and competitor activity and industry trends
* Maintaining our calendar of key industry dates and scheduled marketing initiatives
* Ensuring consistent presence and company message across external sites and social media e.g. industry directories
* Developing and maintaining department databases and records.
* Measuring and reporting on website and digital performance using appropriate analytics tools
* Staying informed about the latest trends in marketing, communications and our industry, sharing knowledge with the team and suggesting new ideas.
* Facilitate internal and external communications, creating newsletters, updates, and engaging content.
* Managing our branded templates and ensuring companywide communications are on point with our key messaging
* Acting as a brand ambassador
* General marketing support/ other marketing activities that arise
* Working with the team to support their sales activity, ensuring it works in cohesion with the marketing strategy and offer training where relevant
* Working with the team and the talent to ensure that we make the best out of press and public appearances
We're looking for:
* Proven track record in marketing and communications with a 2 – 3 years minimum experience in a similar role
* A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field would be preferred
* Digital expertise including campaign strategy, project and campaign management
* Understanding of key marketing principles and strategies.
* Experience of successfully managing projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of and interest in lead generation and market research.
* Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools and analytics.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make recommendations.
* Outstanding copywriting skills with high standards of accuracy.
* Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effective relationships.
* Excellent organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Excel and powerpoint
* Canva or similar, and design skills
* Production of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, social and digital assets
* Media relations experience
* Pitch and new business development experience

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent
Monday to Friday (core hours 10am – 6pm. Flexible hours can be considered)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sheffield (3 days in the office)
Salary: £31,000 - £35,000
