Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to effectively support the supply of equipment and materials to the Projects and Operations teams. Responsibilities For all deliveries, promptly receipt, carry out quality inspection and store goods in the correct location. Ensure all relevant documentation is processed. Organise the picking, packaging, and logistics of materials so that they are available at the required time. Coordinate the tracking, collection, delivery and transportation of parts, materials and returned goods including pallets and parcels. Maintain good housekeeping within the warehouse and stores areas, especially regarding health and safety. Operate forklift for loading/unloading as required. Support regular stock checks to ensure accuracy of stock levels. Replenish stock to agreed levels. Support maintenance of company vehicles and ensure compliance with lease conditions and regulations. Undertake training and inspections (e.g., harnesses, rescue kits, ladders, PPE). Create purchase orders and returns accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain the building and car park to ensure appropriate safety and cleanliness. Coordinate contractors while on-site to ensure compliance with Company requirements. Complete SHEQ administration tasks for the stores, including RAMS and risk assessments. Ensure tools, equipment and materials are pre-arranged, inspected, and kept in good working order. Provide cover for other team members as needed. Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. Suggest improvements and raise NCRs as needed. Contribute to the future success of Powersystems and its clients. Enhance business services and improve efficiency of processes. Maintain a professional image at all times. Requirements Able to follow business processes while managing multiple tasks. Full UK driving licence. Experience in a Stores environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Forklift Truck license (training provided). First aid (training provided). PPE Competent person (training provided). Organised, detail-oriented, and resilient. Team player with a client-focused attitude. Strong communicator; flexible and adaptable.
