We are now looking for an Business Implementation Analyst / Agreement Set Up Officer to join our team based within reach of either our Nottingham or Dublin office.
As part of the wider operational team and reporting into the Agreement set up Manager this role is to undertake the processes owned by the team for the set-up of new insurance agreements, renewals and amendments on the Intarga system.
Key functions of this role include but is not limited to:
* Follow up and ensure the completion of all workflow activities for other departments involved in the agreement and finalization of new or renewing insurance agreements
* Demonstrate appropriate, consistent and complete consideration of our customers and potential customers’ interests, throughout our business, on a continuous basis.
* Communicate effectively across business wide teams to clarify needs.
* Work to tight deadlines in fast-paced role.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have good excel skills as well as good attention to detail and a desire to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
You should have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to drive effective and sometimes challenging conversations in order to achieve your goals.
A background in insurance is preferred but not essential.
