Globe-Trotter is a truly global business trading in more than 80 countries, with significant brand awareness in Japan, Europe and the USA and an increasing footprint in the GCC, China and South-East Asia.
With exciting growth plans we are looking for a Wholesale & Distribution Manager to develop and grow wholesale business globally, with a specific reference to Europe and USA.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sustainable and recurring revenue growth from wholesalers.
* Develop the funnel process and framework to deliver regular business revenues throughout the calendar.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and performance.
* Execute the global wholesale strategy to meet business objectives.
* Structure contracts to create solid sustainable and equitable commercial proposals.
Requirements of the role
* Experience of developing strong and sustainable revenues with wholesalers.
* You will have knowledge and successful experience of working globally, with a good understanding of managing across diverse, multi-cultural markets.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging and motivating with others in a consistent manner.
* An excellent communicator with a natural ability to execute delivery of sales.
* Ability to adapt and embrace change.
* The ability to work at a pace, in a structured way, in an ever-changing environment.
* Numerical with strong commercial acumen, focusing on business and commercial outcomes.
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
* Experience of working with luxury brands is preferred.
Location: Based in Hoddesdon. UK and International travel may be required
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
