The Role: Email Marketing Executive
Are you ready to take email and CRM marketing to the next level? As an Email Marketing Executive at Leadly, you’ll be at the forefront of customer engagement, crafting high-performing campaigns and optimising every touchpoint in the customer journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Design and execute high-converting email and SMS campaigns.
2. Optimise customer lifecycles to improve engagement and retention.
3. Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
4. Segment audiences and personalise content for maximum impact.
5. Run A/B tests to fine-tune messaging, creatives, and workflows.
6. Manage multiple high-volume SMS campaigns simultaneously.
7. Lead client calls and present performance deep dives with confidence.
Who We’re Looking For
1. 3-4 years of experience in eCRM/Email Marketing.
2. A growth mindset—we’re scaling fast, and we want people who thrive in that environment.
3. Strong analytical skills—comfortable interpreting reports and making data-backed decisions.
4. A solid understanding of GDPR compliance and best practices.
5. A balance of technical know-how, strategic thinking, and creative flair.
6. Confident copywriting skills and a keen eye for design.
