Role: ECT Teachers
Locations: Chichester
Start: January 2025
Are you an Early Careers Teacher seeking a role from January 2025?
Teaching Personnel are working closely with secondary schools in Chichester, who are looking for ECTs who have completed their PGCE. We work with a variety of schools from state to private and independent, including those with challenging behaviour and those with an Ofsted grading of ‘OUTSTANDING’. There are opportunities for Early Careers Teachers or Newly Qualified Teachers to secure temporary or permanent roles, including ad-hoc supply, which is a fantastic way to experience working in different schools before making a longer-term commitment. Registering with Teaching Personnel enables you to form a working relationship with your local consultant, who can support you through the early stages of your teaching career.
Opportunities include but are not limited to:
* Ad-hoc, short-term daily supply – an opportunity to gain experience in multiple schools before settling into your first ECT teaching role.
* Medium term supply – an opportunity to gain experience providing general cover or to cover your subject specialism in the absence of a permanent teacher.
* Long term supply - an opportunity to join a school from 1 to 2 terms or the full academic year, covering or teaching your subject specialism. Full induction and training is provided for longer-term positions.
* Temporary teaching work leading to permanent contracts! Some of our most successful teachers have initially taken on short-term work within a school and subsequently are offered permanent roles.
* Flexible work opportunities, based around your availability.
* The option to work as a cover teacher, without the commitment to planning and marking.
* Full responsibility teaching positions available, to include planning and marking.
If you are an Early Careers Teacher with availability, please apply now with your CV.
