Responsibilities
1. Client Program Management:
1. Own end-to-end program execution, including project plans, budgets, invoicing, contracting, and material preparation.
2. Drive critical delivery elements and manage post-program evaluation and debriefing.
3. Coordinate design meetings and logistics, offer design ideas, and manage communications.
4. Manage program budgets, contracts, materials, and expenses. Ensure billing accuracy.
5. Collaborate on special design assignments and participate in developing program elements.
6. Coordinate with program delivery team and organize preparation briefings.
2. Program Delivery:
1. Manage delivery logistics, liaise on graphic design, and provide content and module support.
2. Coordinate event details, communications, and attendance tracking.
3. Contribute to debrief meetings and program improvements.
3. Client Relationship Management (CRM):
1. Build relationships, understand client business and meet client needs.
2. Ensure smooth delivery that delights clients.
3. Identify and address risks and opportunities.
4. Reporting:
1. Provide program reporting and analysis.
2. Build client dashboards to provide succinct visuals with program updates.
5. Knowledge Management:
1. Maintain and update program delivery documents.
This role is office-based and will require individuals to be in the office 5 days per week or travel to client sites. Please only apply if you can meet this requirement.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in business, HR or a related field.
2. At least two years experience working in a corporate environment in program management, or learning and development.
3. Project management experience required, with the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, resources, budgets, and reports. Project Management qualification desirable.
4. Demonstrated teamwork skills as well as strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
5. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across different teams, cultures, and geographies.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Fluency in Arabic is essential.
