The Role
This position is crucial for ensuring exceptional overnight care for our inpatients. Working as part of a dedicated night team, you'll collaborate closely with specialists, residents, RVNs, and Veterinary Care Assistants. This role provides an opportunity to refine your clinical nursing skills, particularly in emergency and critical care, while contributing to the smooth flow of patients through the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high standards of inpatient care, including emergency and critical care.
• Work collaboratively with Senior RVNs to organise patient flow and ensure efficient workload management.
• Maintain precise patient records and adhere to protocols and policies.
• Support the clinical team by assisting with patient care, including advanced nursing procedures.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, providing education on patient care as needed.

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with a desire to advance clinical nursing skills.

Your Schedule
• Shift: Overnight shifts (7:00 pm - 7:00 am)
• Rota: Includes weekends and bank holidays, with ample support from the day team.
