The Housing Register team is an extremely busy service with a small team of 2 officers, with daily contact with the public and other agencies. We receive a growing number of applications consistent with the national crisis alongside their daily duties which include some of the following:
1. Processing of online applications
2. Making & receiving calls
3. Applications requiring validation - Processing changes made
4. Emails
5. Home visits
6. General correspondence
7. Medical assessments
8. NFI’s - (national fraud initiative)
9. Responding to web messages
10. Attending to OT meetings/ outgoing the reports
