Job summary Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellow Higher (ST3-5/ ST6) in Obstetrics Anaesthetics in Obstetric Anaesthesia at Addenbrooke's Hospital, part of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This post is available from 6th August 2025, for a period of 12 months. This fellowship programme in Obstetric Anaesthesia would suit applicants who are working towards the completion of a recognised Anaesthetic specialist training programme and includes someone who is nearing or already possesses a CCT in Anaesthesia. The post offers the opportunity to develop and increase Anaesthetic experience in Obstetric Anaesthesia. Main duties of the job The level of supervision will be tailored to the Fellow's prior experience. The fellowship programme mirrors the requirements for the Royal College of Anaesthetists Advanced Training in Obstetric Anaesthesia, but is not recognised as a training post. The Higher Clinical Fellow will take part in the resident on call rota on a 1:8 frequency. Please note that these posts do not carry Postgraduate Dean's approval or training recognition. Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of commencement is required.
