Operations Assistant - Short Breaks Team
Location: Beaconsfield
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across various sites, ensuring that all areas are kept clean, orderly, and infection-free.
This is a one year secondment/fixed term contract opportunity working part time 21 hours per week. The working arrangements will be discussed with the hiring manager at interview stage.

About the role
Key responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness to COSHH standards and regularly monitor infection control measures in line with CQC.
* Perform cleaning duties thoroughly and efficiently without direct supervision.
* Safely use and store hazardous cleaning products.
* Interact with customers in a calm and helpful manner.
* Perform specific cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, emptying bins, dusting, polishing surfaces, and cleaning toilets, bathrooms, and kitchens.
About you
* Prior experience in cleaning operations and best practices.
* Knowledge of COSHH, cleaning standards, and infection control measures in line with CQC.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to follow instructions clearly and accurately.
* Good attention to detail and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work outside of normal business hours and provide support for seven-day working. Shift pattern and working hours to be agreed.
