A Quality focused Housing Developer are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team.
They have a number of new exciting traditional projects starting up across Warrington and Liverpool.
Job Duties:
* Assist the Site Manager in overseeing construction activities on site
* Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times
* Manage subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met
* Monitor progress and report to the Site Manager regularly
* Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and suppliers
Required Qualifications:
* SMSTS certification
* CSCS card
* First Aid certification
* Valid Driving Licence
Experience: 2+ years experience in traditional new build housing projects
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations
* Experience in Site Management
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
Working Conditions:
* On-site work in various weather conditions
