My client is looking for 2 x Temp - Perm Telesales Advisors to be based in Frimley. Job Description This role will be based at our head office in Frimley, reporting directly to the BDM. We are seeking driven and enthusiastic telesales professionals to join our team and play a critical role in scoring sites for us. This role offers a competitive hourly rate plus an attractive commission structure, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive on achieving targets and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough research using Google Maps to identify potential leads Perform high-volume cold calls, present proposals, and arrange surveys. Build strong relationships with landlords and obtain necessary approvals Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including research, outreach, and follow-ups. Maintain a high level of productivity by meeting and exceeding weekly targets for securing sites. Display resilience and adaptability when handling objections or rejections, maintaining a proactive approach to the next opportunity. Key Attributes Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, both over the phone and via email. Strong research skills and proficiency in using Google Maps and other tools to identify prospects. Ability to manage a high volume of calls daily while keeping organized and efficient. Resilience and tenacity to thrive under pressure and handle rejections professionally. A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve results and earn performance-based commissions. Candidates must be available to start asap, interviews will take place this week where possible
