Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Glasgow
Resourcing Group is growing their Glasgow office and has an opportunity for a Trainee Consultant to manage a Temporary Desk, hiring FM and Maintenance white and blue collar staff. Most of the roles within this sector are temp to perm or at least long term, providing a solid business to manage with existing warm clients as well as opportunities for development. The temp division is well established, with support and PSLs available.
The role will allow individuals to become experts in their sector, specializing in recruiting facilities management and maintenance operatives and professionals for large national companies and local SMEs. We are open to considering all levels of experience.
The position offers a mixture of working from home and being based in our Glasgow office.

Role Responsibilities
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is varied and sales-focused. Responsibilities include:
1. Liaising with candidates and clients, offering a consultative approach to recruitment needs.
2. Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of clients.
3. Becoming an expert in the field of recruitment.
4. Managing a permanent division, providing permanent staff to the FM/Maintenance sector in a specific geographical area.
