All applicants must hold a full, valid, and clean Driver’s license and have their own vehicle due to the location of the service and the service needs.
Moor Court Care Home in Bodenham, midway between Hereford and Leominster, is a residential service where we support up to 14 adults with varied needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours.
What we’ll give you:
* £12.21 per hour.
* Full time 35 hours per week. Shifts would be a mix of 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
* Could consider two long days and one short day per week.
* 4 week rolling rota.

What you’ll be doing:
* The role requires you to support our residents with every aspect of their daily life within the service and also out in the community.
* Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
* Personal care.
* Shifts would be a mix of 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Two long days and one short day can be considered.
Who you are:
* The successful candidate will have the aptitude, desire, and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs.
* Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Motivated and a team player.
* Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours preferred but not essential.
