A leading construction contractor who works within repairs and maintenance is looking to take on a Repairs Administrator/Planner to join their team in NW London.
Repairs Administrator Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring all inbox inquiries and answering the phones
2. Raising repair orders
3. Dealing with client queries
4. General administration tasks
5. Dealing with tenant repairs
What we are looking for:
1. Can-do attitude to work
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to work in a busy environment
4. Preferably have some experience in repairs and maintenance
5. Full training will be provided
6. Repairs Administrator or Repairs Planner experience - Maintenance or Social Housing
