We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support private clients and our expanding B2B channels across Europe and Asia. This role blends client support, sales assistance, and operational coordination, ensuring every interaction reflects Crurated’s commitment to excellence.
What you will do?
* Provide outstanding support to private clients (B2C) and professional clients (B2B).
* Collaborate with logistics, tech, and operations to guarantee seamless order fulfillment.
* Assist with platform navigation, payment processing, and service updates.
* Support our blockchain-based platform and guide users through Web 3 functionalities.
