Project Management Officer - Global Markets Operations Technology A highly respected investment bank requires a PMO Analyst to work within The Global Markets Operations Technology team to support initiative planning cycles for portfolio/programs/projects. Key Job responsibilities: Work with Transformation Leads to establish detailed delivery plans Establish regular status reporting Monitor issues, risks, actions and decisions Take ownership of specific workstreams, issues and risks and provide coordination Update and maintain Project SharePoint and confluence repositories Form strong working relationships with key stakeholders in both Technology and business areas Task coordination and scheduling Organise and run project meetings Dashboard reporting and tracking of metrics where required Detail focussed – role will require data analysis and spreadsheet based activities Define business requirements and manage delivery of features Define acceptance criteria and collate feature and solution testing feedback Key objectives critical to success of the role: Good high-level knowledge of key IT service offerings including Financial Markets Technology Proven PMO skillset with some project management experience Experience in a business analysis function Confident and articulate in communication Ability to initiate, organise and progress project activities with minimal supervision. Qualifications required: Prince, APMP or equivalent. Skills and Experience: Experience within a PMO and/or Project Management role within financial markets technology Experience in building and managing stakeholder relationships at various levels Advanced user of Microsoft Office products in particular Excel and PowerPoint Requires knowledge in using JIRA and Tableau
