The Role
:
1. First line support for customers’ arranging coffee machine installations.
2. Support our sales team processing customer orders.
3. Customer point of contact for equipment requests and answering queries.
4. Plan equipment allocations, working closely with internal teams.
5. Review stock management to ensure relevant coffee machine equipment is available.
6. Maintain customer database to ensure system data is accurate and aligned.
7. Assist the team with projects and adhoc tasks as required.
The Person:
8. Passionate about providing great customer service
9. Able to answer queries concisely via the telephone and email
10. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
11. Attention to detail and strong data entry skills
12. Confident user of Microsoft Office application (Excel)
13. Hybrid working available after probation
Salary : up to £26k + 25 days holiday + Pension + EAP + Life Assurance + other Company benefits.
