Our client is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, this would be a long-term contract Outside of IR35 working within the Nuclear industry. The client also offers a 4 day working week with 2 days in office and 2 days working remotely
Our client would be looking for applicants who have experience and a understanding of Cost and Scheduling as well as programme requirements along side a basic understanding of contracts and how to administer contracts.
Applicants will be responsible for the daily control of specific management tools like CEMAR as well as being able to support the PM with risk, whether a new risk is brought to light through EWN process or a known risk is stated.
The client would also be looking for someone to support the Bid team in commercial evaluation of terms and conditions as well as compiling commercial responses and clarifications. Candidates must be fully conversant with all aspects of NEC contract terms and conditions.
