Job Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst (Temporary Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

My client, a leading financial institution offering banking, wealth management, and investment services, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a Client Lifecycle Transformation Project. The project involves integrating and transitioning the Target Operating Model (TOM) and business processes for two recently merged entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis Planning (20%)
Requirements Analysis & Documentation (40%)
Requirements Management & Support (20%)
Leadership & Relationship Management (20%)Key Requirements:
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in Financial Planning and/or Wealth Management.
Expertise in TOM projects and cashflow software delivery.
Strong understanding of Salesforce and/or Iress CommPay.
Formal experience with Business Analysis methodologies.Experience:
5+ years as a Business Analyst managing complex requirements on large projects.Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, and data analysis.
Strong skills in business rules analysis, decision modeling, and UI design.Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or related field.
Preferred: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Master's Certificate in Business Analysis.
