Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Criminal Justice Administrator covering Devon. This role is varied and fast-paced, ensuring the smooth running of the service across Devon.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Input client information onto the client database ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
* Maintain and manage the databases and collate service reports/statistical analysis that contribute towards performance reports.
* Set up other data, administrative or monitoring systems. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
* Audit the client database and provide reports on accurate and appropriate completion of the database by the staff team.
* Provide a Single Point of Contact between Prisons and Courts to ensure referrals are processed in a timely manner.
* Keep on top of new legislation changes within the Criminal Justice System and adapt ways of working to suit.
* Liaise with Prisons, prescribers, and pharmacies ensuring that clinical prescriptions are prepared and printed in a timely manner.
