Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic radiographer, holding either a BSc (Radiography), DCR or equivalent, to join our progressive breast imaging team at the North & Mid Hants Breast Screening Service. North & Mid Hampshire Breast Screening Service serves the population of 95 thousand eligible women who live across Hampshire. There are static units at Royal Hampshire County Hospital (RHCH) and Basingstoke Hospital where our symptomatic one stop clinics take place. RHCH is the location of all our assessment clinics. The initial mammographic screen is provided by 3, high spec digital mobile vans which are situated in various locations in the Hampshire community. The RHCH is conveniently situated near the M3, with good local and regional rail links, a short train journey to London Winchester is one of England's most picturesque and historically significant cities in Southern England, it sits on the gateway to the New Forest, with equally easy access to the Solent. The successful applicant must hold a full drivers licence and have access to a car. Previous mammography experience is preferable, but not essential as training can be provided.
