Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner who thrives on supporting children in their learning and development? Do you have the dedication, enthusiasm, and skills to ensure every child gets the best possible start in life? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join our nurturing and team. Working alongside our Class Teacher and key staff within our Nursery, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and creating a stimulating, high-quality learning environment. Experience of delivering high quality early education, learning and play, with noticeable impact, would be advantageous
What We’re Looking For:
* A Level 5 NVQ qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years or a related field
* A passion for child development and a commitment to supporting every child to reach their full potential
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills to support early learning
* An ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* A reflective mindset, always looking for ways to improve outcomes for children
* Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
* A proactive approach to professional development and improving your practice
