We are looking for resilient, playful and passionate people to join us our Ofsted “Outstanding” TreeHouse School as a Specialist Teaching Assistant.
In this role, you will be working on a 1:1 basis with our Autistic pupils. You will provide support to pupils so that they can access the curriculum whilst also promoting their independence and self-esteem through community led activities.

Salary: £25, to £27, (based on experience)

TreeHouse School is a happy and vibrant community where autistic children and young people learn and flourish. Currently, we have pupils on roll aged 4- 19 years old. We provide children with the specialist, intensive and integrated support to enable them to learn, thrive and achieve. All pupils have a Primary diagnosis of autism with some that also have additional complex needs. TreeHouse School was inspected by Ofsted in and found to be "Outstanding" in all areas. We adopt a person-centred approach which ensures that the voice of the young person is at the centre of all we do.
