Job Description
Key Tasks:
* Manage the working capital components of the Group with specific attention to cash flow, debtors and currency management.
* Maintain accurate accounting records and financial systems ensuring that supporting internal controls are appropriate as the business develops, ensuring integrity and transparency.
* Monitor and report on performance against budgets and forecasts
* Lead the reporting for the project-based section of the business, ensuring there are weekly updates on the progress of each live project. T
* Actively manage overheads, seeking efficiency's and savings where possible.
* Oversee the monthly processing of payroll and other employee payments.
* Act as systems administrator for the company's accounting system, providing training and working with IT to ensure appropriate access is granted to allow flow of information
* Deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly financial performance reports
* Ensuring the annual audit is conducted efficiently and quickly.

Essential
* CIMA / ACCA qualified
* Similar level role in a manufacturing SME environment
* Sound working knowledge of Sage 50
* MS Excel Advanced
* Commercial business awareness
* Excellent communicator
