As the Head Host, you will be the face of or Bar/Restaurant, leading our team to create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere that reflects the spirit of Soho. You’ll ensure a seamless guest experience, embodying our values of independence, generosity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the host team to manage guest flow efficiently.
* Greet and seat guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival.
* Handle special requests and inquiries with professionalism and care.
* Collaborate with the F&B team to create memorable guest experiences.
* Maintain high standards of service and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
* Train and mentor junior hosts to enhance team performance.
What We Need From You:
* Proven experience in F&B operations or fine dining within a 5* luxury hotel.
* Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
