The Role:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the Family Assessment Centre, ensuring a safe and homely environment.
* Support parents in reaching their full potential to care for their children.
* Safeguard families through effective assessment, planning, and reviews.
* Lead, guide, and support the staff team, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Contribute to staff recruitment, training, and professional development.
* Act as a mentor and role model, upholding the highest standards of care and ethical practice.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care (or a commitment to completing this qualification).
* A minimum of two years' experience in social care.
* Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
* A solid understanding of legislation and Ofsted requirements.
* Flexibility and a commitment to going the extra mile.
