About the role:
Croydon’s Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Service (FJS) delivers a robust approach to tackling violence against women and girls. FJS has 2 permanent full-time IDVA vacancies based at the FJS and working across the community.
This Role Includes:
* Assessing victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence and managing a MARAC case load.
* Working across partnerships to robustly manage risk.
* Working with a wide range of services both internal and external.
Requirements:
* An ability to manage complex partnership working with a range of partners including VCS.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to use a number of different databases, e.g., Word, Excel, and to interpret data generated from these and other spreadsheets.
* Able to plan and manage work under pressure and apply prioritization across different areas of work.
* Represent the local authority in VAWG sectors.
