HR Manager (Dungannon)

VANRATH HR is delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturer, wishing to appoint a HR Manager based in County Tyrone.
Working closely and strategically with the site management team and the company wide HR team, you will be a key member of an ambitious, driven and innovative people focused department, driving the people agenda across the business with a focus on engagement and culture, while providing support and guidance for managers and colleagues on a wide range of HR matters.
Working collaboratively with the operations team as a business partner, you will support the strategy by providing resources and building relationships that focus on the missions, aims and objectives set by the organisation.
Responsibilities
Provide expert input across a range of HR issues
Design and deliver high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Coach and build the capability of managers to anticipate and pre-empt organisational issues, and develop solutions.
Challenge organisational structure and actively design improvement, including the design of key job positions and succession plans
Build a strong relationship with the internal client and work closely with all colleagues to ensure that tools and policies are aligned, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance.
Support and update the organisation on all employee relations matters, trends, opportunities and HR projects
Drive business performance through the use of data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement.
The Candidate
* 5yrs + HR experience gained at manager level
* Experience of leading and developing a HR team
* CIPD qualified or working towards
* Strong business acumen, including KPI management and reporting
* Experience of adapting to change and managing work in a changing environment
